Welcome to Manchester World. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Manchester World mobile app and related services. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

WHO WE ARE

Manchester World is an independent fan app. It is not owned by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Manchester United Football Club, the Premier League, or any other club or competition. All club names, crests, logos and player names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.

USING THE APP

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You can browse as a guest. An account is required to post in the community.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when you register.

COMMUNITY RULES

The community is for fans to talk football respectfully. You agree not to post content that:

• is abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing or discriminatory;
• is sexually explicit, violent or otherwise inappropriate;
• contains spam, scams, malware or unauthorised advertising;
• shares someone else's private information;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
• is illegal or encourages illegal activity.

You keep ownership of what you post, but you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it within the app.

MODERATION AND REPORTING

We may remove content, suspend or ban accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, if these Terms are broken. To report a post or user, email [email protected] with a description and we will review it promptly.

MATCH DATA AND CONTENT

Scores, fixtures, lineups, standings, statistics and transfer information come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that any information is accurate or up to date and it should not be relied on for betting or any financial decision. News, videos and livestreams may link to third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

ADVERTISING

The app is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content or for products and services they promote.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The app, its design, software and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute any part of the app except as permitted by law.

AVAILABILITY

We work to keep the app running but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.

DISCLAIMER

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, or for content posted by users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

TERMINATION

You may stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these Terms.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version in the app with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
