Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Manchester World account and the data linked to it at any time.

DELETE IT IN THE APP

• Open the Manchester World app and sign in.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Your account, posts and comments are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

CAN'T USE THE APP?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and its data within 30 days.

WHAT GETS DELETED

• Your profile: name, email address and sign-in details.
• Your community posts and comments.
• Device tokens used for push notifications.

Anonymous server logs may be kept for a short period for security purposes.
